Our work centers on a defined mineral-based layer designed to integrate seamlessly into existing mattress constructions. The solution introduces a structured surface component without altering firmness, core architecture, or production processes.
We enable manufacturers to introduce a clearly defined, ingredient-based component that supports:
- Base: composite felt (acrylic fibers)
- Structure: concentric mineral lines
- Geometry: defined lattice network
- Stabilization: partially thermally bonded (film technology)
